Fall Word Scramble
This fall word scramble is filled with mixed-up seasonal words just waiting for kids to straighten them out! I love word scrambles because they look so simple at first, but some of those jumbled letters can really make you stop and think for a minute.
Kids can work through the list one word at a time, rearranging the letters until they uncover each hidden fall word. It’s a fun way to practice spelling, vocabulary, and problem-solving without pulling out another traditional worksheet.
I’d keep this one handy for those chilly afternoons when everyone is spending a little more time indoors. It would also be easy to add to a classroom fall party, October activity binder, homeschool lesson, or even your Thanksgiving kids’ table.
Print out a copy, grab a pencil, and let the unscrambling begin. Just don’t be surprised if the kids ask you for a hint when one of those words gets tricky!
