October Word Search

An October word search is one of my favorite ways to add a little fall fun to the month! There’s something relaxing about sitting down with a pencil and looking through a jumble of letters to see how many hidden words you can find.

I put together this puzzle with October in mind, so the word list is filled with words that fit the season and the month. You might want to print it out for a quiet afternoon at home, keep it handy for a classroom activity, or add it to your October plans when you need something simple to keep everyone busy.

I especially like word searches because they don’t require a lot of preparation. Just print one, grab a pencil, and start searching! You can work through it on your own or make it a little competition to see who can find all the words first.

However you choose to use it, I hope this October word search gives you a few minutes of easygoing puzzle fun.
